Tips for this island

Wide open ground: grass, beach and roads. The Windward Wayfarers get an extra move starting their turn here, and fast monsters can reach far villages early.

Volcanic ground means lava can flow when the Grumble meter fills. Lava pushes monsters out of its way; keep your leader off low ground near the vents.

With 12 villages, every one you hold pays 2 musubi a turn. Grab the ones closest to your keep first, then fight over the ones in the middle.

This is a big island: hire a few fast scouts early so you are not still walking when the enemy arrives.
